Olympia Family Theater (OFT) is hosting high-quality performance art this Arts Walk. Local artist Martin Lee will be in the lobby. Lee came to Olympia as a student at The Evergreen State College. Fast-forward two-plus decades, and he’s OFT’s resident chalk artist. He produces a piece to decorate the lobby for the run of each show, and will be creating a new composition live for passersby. While Lee generates artwork, the theater itself will provide short, free previews every 30 minutes of this fall’s production, Elephant & Piggie’s “We are in a Play!” Enjoy an enticing taste of a hilariously heart-warming show.
