Ellen Becker at Rex & Rose

Ellen Becker will be showing her collection ‘Full Frontal’ at Rex & Rose Coffee and Gallery for the months January/February 2025. The show is a collection of pieces meant to contradict the trend of shame around nudes in public-facing art and the challenges to classical depictions of the human body through selective bans in schools and public libraries; Depicting the human form has been constant throughout human history and should continue to be common place. Ellen is a former fine art instructor and a lifelong painter who has had many shows over her career in Washington State and California. Ellen works in various media and is known for work with enameled metal.
