SUMMARY:FUNK for FREEDOM: DANCE LIKE YOUR COUNTRY DEPENDS ON IT!
DESCRIPTION:All age benefit dance for Legal Immigration Services of Olympia (LISO). All funds go to providing free legal services to Thurston County immigrants picked up and detained at the NW ICE Processing Center in Tacoma\, \nSaturday\, September 26\, 6:30 – 9:30 pm at South Puget Sound Community College’s Lacey Campus. 4220 6th Ave. SE Lacey \nThe evening will feature performances by the 11 piece wildly danceable and fun  Func Pro Tunc and Choro Tomorrow\, Brazilian music from yesterday\, today and tomorrow. \nThere is a dedicated children’s area with books\, art supplies and games\, plus quiet areas for all ages to connect and schmooze and tables by other groups providing services to immigrants in our area. \nAssyrian food by Nineveh and various beverages will be available at an additional cost. \nQuestions?
