NYT-bestselling adventurer and historian Peter Stark will be reading and signing his new book, THE LOST CITIES OF EL NORTE: CORONADO’S QUEST, THE UNCONQUERED WEST, AND THE BIRTH OF AMERICAN INDIAN RESISTANCE, at Orca Books Co-op, this Saturday, May 2nd at 4:00pm. Join Peter as he discusses how Indigenous resistance broke the Spanish empire’s attempt to colonize Sonora, the Rockies, and the Great Plains.
