"Street Love," mixed media by Evan Clayton Horback

Welcome to Fall Arts Walk 2017

OLY ARTS is very happy to be the print-media sponsor for Olympia’s Fall Arts Walk 2017.  In 2017, Fall Arts Walk and Procession takes place on these days:

  • Arts Walk – Friday Oct 6 (5 p.m. – 10 p.m.)
  • Arts Walk – Saturday Oct 7 (noon – 5 p.m.)
  • Jazz Walk – Saturday Oct 7 (6 p.m. – 12 a.m.)

Olympia’s twice-annual Arts Walk celebration has grown to include hundreds of participating artists and up to 30,000 attendees enjoying visual and performing arts in the streets of Olympia.

Full-color Arts Walk maps with listings of venues and artists are available at participating locations including The Olympia Center in downtown Olympia.

The history of Arts Walk in Olympia began in 1990, when the first event was organized by Jeanne Allan in conjunction with the Olympia Film Festival. After a starting lineup of 21 businesses and other venues, the Arts Commission began managing Arts Walk in 1991. Arts Walk has been a two-day event since 2011.
