Dave R. Davison earned his Art History Degree from Seattle’s University of Washington in 1999, he eventually spent more than a decade as an art reviewer for the Tacoma Weekly before that publication largely ended its coverage of the local arts scene.
In addition to the vocation of arts writing, Davison is a poet, a painter and an aspiring puppeteer (the script for his epic puppet play “Five Wild Dogs” has been in the works for more than a decade.)
Davison currently resides in the Lakewood area enjoying all that suburbia has to offer with an aged mother and a unique husky named Albion Coyote.
