Olympia Family Theater

by Christian Carvajal for OLY ARTS

Olympia Family Theater (OFT) is dedicated to bringing quality theater experiences to its audiences. OFT produces a five-show family friendly main-stage season, plus numerous morning and traveling productions for children of all ages. By the end of its 2015-16 season, OFT had produced over 45 main-stage shows, including three world premiere dramas and musicals.

OFT offers sliding-scale tuition or scholarships to all its educational offerings, plus over 250 complimentary tickets each year to community groups that serve youth and families in our area.

OFT’s mission is to serve as a community partner in raising imaginative, loving, joyful and confident children. The group’s educational programs provide opportunities for personal development for young people, thereby teaching creativity and responsibility, encouraging teamwork and personal integrity, and fostering self-esteem and appreciation for the performing arts.

OFT is a state and federally registered 501(c)(3) organization.
